Call for papers for the Special issue on "Big Data for Context-Aware Applications and Intelligent Environments"

This special issue addresses core topics on the design, the use and the evaluation of Big Data enabling technologies to build next-generation context-aware applications and computing systems for future intelligent environments. Disruptive paradigm shifts such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) will create a wealth of streaming context information.

11th Symposium and Summer School on Service-Oriented Computing

Short description: Bringing together the EXCELL project aims and partners expertise with the German national initiative “Industrial Data Space (IDS)”. The project will expand Europe-wide and bring in scenarios for transportation and logistic.Thus, the EXCELL-related PRFs led by Fraunhofer and IDS Use Cases will be presented and discussed together. The presentation will disseminate the actions taken up in the EXCELL project as well as the consortium’s expertise with regard to future activities like upcoming workshops, staff exchanges, etc.
