A very successful EXCELL Kick-off meeting was held on 13^th and 14^th of January 2016 at the premises of the Institute for Computer Science and Control, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, Budapest, Hungary.

In total twelve participants attended the meeting which included representatives from all partner organisations across the four participating countries. During the meeting, the team discussed the key work packages, milestones and deliverables and also agreed on the staff exchanges schedule and the working procedures within the project.
